Anser Farooq, Barrister & Solicitor

I completed my Bachelor of Arts Honours degree with a Major in Anthropology and Minor in Psychology from York University and was a candidate for a Masters Degree in Medical and Psychiatric Anthropology.

I graduated from law school at the University of Alberta and was called to the bar in Ontario.

I worked at a downtown Toronto law firm located at Bay & Richmond prior to establishing my law firm.

Hashim Syed, Student-at-law

Mr. Syed joined our firm in 2010 as a student-at-law. He is expected to be called to the Bar at the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2011.

Mr. Syed completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) Degree from the United States of America and worked in California
prior to returning to Ontario.

Mr. Syed has led successful civil mediations and case settlement negotations, drafted and created strategies for closing arguments, cross examinations, jury selection and discoveries.
